Job Description:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies with Digital Marketing Strategist &CEO to achieve business goals.
- Digital Marketing: Supervising SEO, SEM, and social media advertising (Meta & LinkedIn)
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging.
- Marketing Analytics: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including budget allocation and tracking.
- Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads through various marketing channels.
- Event Management: Coordinate and promote events and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as inhouse & freelance sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Fresh graduate is considered).
- Preferable but not mandatory of minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (B2B for Software & technology company).
- Proficiency in marketing software/tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferable to have knowledge of Software Development & Community Marketing.
