We are looking for a young – talented marketer to join us and collaborate with the Marketing team for Food and Lifestyle exhibition shows. The incumbent will need to work closely with industry partners and different trade association. He/she will develop the potential buyers database, run buyers program and engage with key buyers in identifying their sourcing needs and requirements to promote their new supplier acquisition. He/she will have the opportunities to be involved in managing/ participating sizable social event to deepen our presence in the market.  

 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• To develop effective and creative marketing strategies with unique value proposition for each show via different channel to attract and retain exhibitors and visitors for a long-term relationship.
• Drive new buyers prospecting, high quality new buyers’ recruitment and engagement in all regions through all possible channels.
• Develop, engage, and build relationship strategies with industry stakeholders to acquire new buyer prospects.
• Ongoing follow up and clean up new buyer leads, sourcing information in Database Management system.
• Provide full onboarding and administrative support to key buyers that agree to attend the event.
• Working closely with marketing team to generate call-to-action buyer promotion campaigns.
• Submit timely progress updates to the line manager to enhance buyer development program.

• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing and MICE.
• 1-3 years’ experience in event marketing or related industries is highly preferred.  
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build relationship with stakeholders.
• Passionate in B2B marketing and keen to develop long term career in this area.
• Able to thrive in a high-pressure situation.
• Excellent command of English
