Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with aspiration to transform themselves as a future leader in building up a vibrant Marketing Team. This candidate must foster a trusting strong relationship with sales and product development team. The primary focus is developing company brand awareness; to help develop and launch successful marketing campaigns and strategy for promoting our products, researching, and analyzing survey to identify appropriate audience.

In this role, the Marketing Executive will be working closely with the Marketing Manager but must be able to connect with senior management and key business executives to improve the company marketing programs. With strong communication skill, he/she should have the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams, to collaborate with technical and application team to drive marketing activities to promote company’s solutions and services. Preferrable has experience with Digital Marketing. Content Management is a plus.

This position may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities

·      Support the marketing team in improving company’s competitive positioning.

·      Creating and executing paid advertisements to achieve brand awareness, lead generation and conversion

·      Help review and analyze brand performance gaps for proposed improvement initiatives.

·      Support the marketing team by driving new campaigns on product launch and in-house ready solution.

·      Help strategize, develop, execute, and optimize existing and new marketing campaigns to achieve business targets.

·      Assist in organizing webinars and events.

·      Produce and collate marketing materials and collaterals (e.g., posters, brochures, digital content)

·      Support the marketing team with the advertisements and eDM and execute distribution of promotional materials

·      Performing other related task assigned

Requirement

·      Must have 2-4 years of working experience in Marketing, within IT Industries will be a plus point.

·      Candidates should possess High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing

·      Can start ASAP

·      Preferrable has experience in Digital Marketing

·      Experience in Content Management is a plus

·      Self-motivating and have a strong sense of initiative.

·      Excellent follow-up, interpersonal skills, and excellent presentation skills

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·      Highly accountable, responsible, creative thinker and problem solver

·      Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

·      Detailed oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision

·      Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, preferably Microsoft 365 / Office 365 related
