Job Desc:

• In depth understanding of our product knowledge, Indonesia’s environmental markets, and customers’ needs/ trends. Through this insight, develop marketing and communication strategies that maximise job opportunities for company
• Monitor the latest industry trends and competitor activity
• With the Head of Marketing, develop tactical implementation of internal and external communications this includes, Presentations, Case studies, Marketing assets, Events, etc.
• Manages project and category-specific budgets
• Execute marketing plans with excellence including communication with clients
• Work closely and collaboratively with the team on implementing marketing comms to drive business growth, customer projects, meetings and marketing collateral.
• Make a strong contribution to culture, process & ways of working within the marketing team in line with our goals to continually develop the marketing function in line with best practice.
• Open to working in a hybrid arrangement, which includes both off-site and on-site work

Requirements

Preferred Education & Experience:

• S1 Marketing/Communication
• Min 5 Years of Marketing experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Indonesia and English) and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills & highly numerate with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management experience
• Willingness to travel out of town (in Indonesia) for short periods of time to do some Marketing Activities
