Lead Marketing Excellence within country

• Identify relevant trends impacting our future business (Macro/Segment Level, Competition, Technologies), and make insightful recommendations to internal stakeholders on strategic and tactical actions.
• Be the owner/contributor of global and local processes as in Annual Market Report / Quarterly Competition Information / Quarterly Business Review etc.
• Explore and identify new primary and secondary sources of data that would support decision making and business growth. Work with 3rd party companies, consultancy services, and other partners to acquire data, and convert them into actionable intelligence.
• Conduct competitor deep dive and fight back plan on request.
• Drive strategy execution and implement the Annual Marketing and Sales Plan (AMSP)
• Work with Country Sales Excellence, Country Partner management and country Marketing Communication, and be the active link of Country Sales & Marketing strategy with the regional and global community to facilitate best-practice sharing
• Provide business insights against current Sales Pipeline in bFO system to drive gap-to-budget based on AMSP. Supporting sales to transform the Marketing Business Plan into Commercial Action Plan
• Monitor and challenge implementation of the strategies and plan on a regular basis. Track and upkeep strategic KPIs, segment/business performances and convert into reports and insights.
• Set up & animate marketing council to discuss on marketing strategy and performances

Lead Pricing Excellence within country

• Working closely with different stakeholders to achieve pricing targets across all BU
• Plan, initiate & drive pricing action to achieve pricing targets, to improve profitability, to enhance & simplify pricing process, to improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and work closely with different stakeholders to set list price, discounts, special price approval, promotion, rebates, channel compliance and corridors management activities
• Support global/zone on business transformation projects/initiatives for pricing
• Forecast pricing performances & trends and work closely with management team to execute pricing recovery measures
• Prepare and deliver pricing performances for quarterly business review & other business meetings initiated by BU

Qualifications

• At least 8 years relevant work experience in technology-enabled consultative solution-selling or business development roles focused on transformation in large enterprises.
• At least 2-3 years of B2B pricing experience
• Extensive Program Management experience: defining, developing, implementing, executing and managing
• Operational excellence mind-set and experience.
• Highly analytical, and data-driven with excellent problem-solving skills. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.
• Pays attention to details and sensitive with numbers
• Ability to multitask and manage portfolio of cross-functional projects within the program – work prioritization, planning, collaboration, and management.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
• Demonstrate a strong bias for action and hands-on approac
• Visionary with ability to look at the big picture 
• Pro-active, entrepreneurial, innovative and self-motivated
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) & presentation skills
