Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a marketing specialist, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and analytics.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in marketing software and tools.
• Familiarity with Mini Cooper’s brand and target audience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends as required for events.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk & Kb. Jeruk. 

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive Mini Cooper sales.
• Plan and execute marketing events including product launches, test drive events, sponsorships, and community events. Develop event strategies, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop promotional materials, signage, and branding collateral for events. Ensure all branding elements adhere to MINI Cooper brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with partners and sponsors to maximize event impact.
• Develop innovative and compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and make recommendations for product positioning and messaging.
• Work closely with sales and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Provide marketing support and materials to sales teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events against predetermined KPIs. Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.
• Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
