Description

• Lead and direct Marketing team to ensure effective implementation of multi-channel marketing activities.
• Strengthen brand communications in digital media to further engage with consumers in online and social media platform
• Responsible to spend Marketing budget effectively and achieve optimal results
• Advise and train Marketing Coordinators to enhance marketing effectiveness by creating an integrated marketing program rooted in strategic planning, with measurable goals, that delivers on business objectives
• Develop good working relationships with company’s investors and become a vital, strategic advisor to their centre’s business
• Set up regular reporting, measurement, and control system to evaluate results of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Devise marketing communications strategy and plan to support the business objectives
• Develop media strategy and determine appropriate media mix to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
• Monitor and control marketing spending within the assigned budget and ensure cost-effective spending on all marketing activities and projects.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related
• Min. 10 years relevant working experience (3 years in senior/managerial position)
• Exposure in both offline and online marketing
• Experienced in leads generation marketing programs
• Has to be data-driven, up to date with the relevant trends
