Contromatic Prima Mandiri Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, has a passion for event coordination and content creation, and is ready to take on diverse responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Assist in creating and managing marketing content for LinkedIn, websites, and other platforms. Work closely with relevant divisions to ensure content is accurate and compelling.
• Event & Seminar Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, seminars, and exhibitions. Manage logistics, work with third-party vendors, and collaborate with different departments to ensure successful execution.
• Marketing Campaigns: Execute marketing campaigns, from strategy to implementation, and monitor campaign performance. Collaborate with the Head, Senior Marketing Coordinator and other teams to align efforts.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
• SEO/SEM Management: Support in managing digital marketing efforts, including SEO and SEM, to increase organic traffic and enhance the company’s online presence.
• Sales Data Analysis: Work with Sales team and Application Engineers to Analyze sales data, understand customer to identify trends and provide actionable insights for future marketing efforts.
• Administrative Support: Assist in coordinating tasks across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication within the marketing department.

Job Qualifications:

• S1, Bachelors degree in marketing/communications or related
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency required, Indonesian).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to write and create engaging marketing content.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and experience using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Familiarity with project and campaign management.
• Willingness to learn and grow, with a proactive attitude and interest in understanding the company’s business.
