PT. Sembilan Ohm Sembilan is a premium multi-brand fashion retail company. We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Communication (Event Specialist) to join our team. As an Event Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing our marketing events to promote our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution and create impactful experiences for our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and design, to ensure event requirements are met.
• Liaise with external vendors, such as event planners, caterers, and AV technicians, to arrange event logistics and services.
• Create event timelines, budgets, and project plans, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event collateral, including invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate event registration, attendee management, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure the success and impact of events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging event technologies.
• Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities for events to maximize brand exposure and revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Specialist or in event planning and management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative event concepts and experiences.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to ensure high-quality event execution.
• Proficient in using event management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for event execution.
