We are looking for Marketing Communications Specialist to support our organization in delivering phenomenal events that build business relationships, generate excitement around our organization, grow sales, and amplify awareness.

As Marketing Communication Specialist, your primary responsibility is to deliver weekly webinars, include distributing promotional material, responding to customers’ queries and comments on social media and networking during marketing events. If you have experience in identifying and building long-term relationships with target audiences, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will act as our brand’s voice to impress our customers and attract new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Managed brand activation to build brand awareness.
  • Owning and improving our offline event and webinar strategy: suggesting topics, creation of presentations, invitation process, follow-up process, cross-team communication and coordination, KPI tracking.
  • Create a marketing activity and run an internal or external event. Including budgeting, organizing, executing and reporting.
  • Prepare plans for promoting the brand and its products during social events where the most potential consumers are to be found.
  • Handle big-scale corporate events i.e. exhibitions, conferences, gatherings, webinar etc to enhance products and organization branding.
  • Conduct sponsorship and partnership with other partners or company for event and branding activity.
  • Generating marketing collateral for an event and working closely with internal stakeholders/several partners for branding activity.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Working with the in-house design team to create innovative and useful content and assets.
  • Create plans for press conferences and interviews to help send the required message to our consumer base.
  • Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Network with clients and the biggest and most influential names in the industry to increase brand awareness and name the company in its niche.
  • Come up with unique ideas for the company newsletter to be sent to subscribers to keep our valued customers engaged and attract new ones.

Requirements and skills

  • +3 years of marketing experience in a digital demand generation environment.
  • Proven expertise in creating engaging content pieces (in video and articles) and distributing them (Facebook, Instagram, google ads, email, YouTube, LinkedIn, webinars, etc.).
  • Experience working with a marketing automation platform, CRM, webinar tools, content management tools, and video hosting tools.
  • Experience in WordPress, Mailchimp, Webinar hosting and other software products.
  • Experience creating how-to videos and training information.
  • Highly organized and able to manage many different concurrent priorities and projects.
