Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Marketing Communication Senior Specialist di kantor PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia - ASEAN HQ untuk daerah Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup bersaing tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Reponsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with Marketing team, Sales team, and other teams to enhance comprehensive customer experience within subsidiary and regional team.
- Working with Regional Headquarter marketing team to drive product marketing enhancement through marketing campaigns/initiative for key segments.
- Work closely with Product team to influence roadmap and prioritization of new capabilities, based on market insights, competitive intelligence and customer feedback.
- Plan and develop key contents such as event, launching kits, sales tool kits, product website copy, presentations, storyline for product videos to articulate the benefits of the product to the target market, including setting up measures to ensure effective deployment and usage of the materials.
- Partner with the related team to communicate the value proposition of the product to subsidiaries, sales team and also with channel team.
- Market/Competitor Intelligence and Customer Intelligence, follow and analyze market trends to position the product and identify new required capabilities.
- Support subsidiary & regional activities related to product campaign, new car launch, car clinic, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/PR/Communication.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing from any industry (have background on the automotive is an advantage).
- Must have strong organizational, communication, project management and interpersonal skill.
- Strong analytical skill with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and confirm on the activities within selected timeline.
- Have a regional exposure within South East Asia or Asia will be beneficial.
- Proficient in English is a must.
