Requirements: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the same or a similar role.
• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with all sorts of other businesses, like banks and brands.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including experience with social media marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing.
• Experience of managing projects, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
• Creative and strategic thinking skills to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving skills to deal with problems that may arise during marketing campaigns and to adapt to changing market conditions and new technologies.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Developing and Implementing Marketing Communication Strategies: Creating comprehensive marketing plans; Ensuring brand consistency; Planning and creating engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Overseeing social media presence: Managing website content, Ensuring the website is up-to-date, informative, and engaging. Also planning and executing advertising campaigns across various channels, such as online advertising, print advertising, and broadcast advertising.
• Collaborating with internal teams and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing messages and managing external vendors.
• Monitoring and analysing performance, including tracking website traffic, social media engagement, and examining data to assess the efficacy of marketing campaigns and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Creating budgets for marketing communication activities and ensuring they are adhered to, as well as ensuring that marketing communication activities are cost-effective.
• Managing people. Help the marketing communication team to do their job well and help them get better at it.
