As a Marketing Communication Executive, you will be responsible to enhance brand visibility and reach for events. In this position you have to amplify media presence and expand reach. You will also be responsible to develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns (both online and offline).

• Cultivate and manage media partnerships to enhance brand visibility and expand the reach of our events.
• Craft compelling press releases, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely distribution to relevant media outlets and stakeholders.
• Effectively manage and grow the organization’s presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content that fosters audience interaction.
• Oversee performance marketing initiatives, including Meta ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels.
• Leverage analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute marketing events and promotional activities.
• Manage advertising campaigns, encompassing media planning, budget allocation, and overall campaign optimization.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers to amplify the organization’s media coverage and reach.

Profile

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a closely related field.
• Possess at least three years of practical experience in marketing communication, media relations, or a relevant role.
• Exhibit proficiency in developing and managing media partnerships, crafting press releases, handling social media, and producing engaging content.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and effective engagement strategies.
• Possess experience utilizing analytics tools to measure and analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Excel in both written and verbal communication, showcasing exceptional skills in both mediums.
• Demonstrate the ability to create engaging and impactful content across various channels.
• Exhibit familiarity with digital marketing techniques, including SEO, email marketing, and other relevant approaches.
• Maintain a proven track record of success working in collaborative team environments while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
