Summary Job :

Work closely with the corporate marketing team in Singapore to develop impactful marketing collaterals and run events, as well as develop messaging that will help to educate, articulate the benefits of our products/ services and drive conversions. Also help the team in maintaining a strong brand and social media presence for the GUUD brand in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Support Chief Marketing Officer to produce product and customer specific marketing communication materials including brochures, eDMs, training manuals etc. to support new product launches and promote existing products. 
  • Study the company as well as the competition’s offerings, and propose the right messaging to differentiate the company’s offerings within the market
  • Work closely with the local sales and business development to understand the market and logistics landscape, picking up trends and enabling knowledge sharing with the corporate marketing team in Singapore
  • Document control, update and translation of collaterals and adaptation into Bahasa
  • Content generation for social media, eDMs, slidedecks, brochures for external communications and on sharepoint for internal communications
  • Event Management – Development of thematic and materials to support internal and external events such as customer seminars, conferences, industry trade shows etc  
  • Assist to develop and evaluate the Afton APAC events calendar, advertisement placement and key messaging, as well as public relations/publicity opportunities
  • Support/lead communications strategic projects (when necessary)
  • Website content generation for Indonesia events and BU updates.
  • Media relations and Crisis communications
  • Ensuring lean thinking in marcoms activities implementation and keeping within marcoms budget
  • Brand custodian to ensure all marketing collaterals are aligned with Afton Branding Guidelines. 
  • Partnering the sales teams and guiding them in the use of ZohoONE CRM
  • Coordinating regular meetings between the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication of insights, sales goals and marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the corporate marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies across different channels whether through physical events, digital marketing or other trade channels.
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape in Indonesia, especially in the B2B and logistics space Coordinating and managing on-ground events, as well as day-to-day marketing operations effectively

Requirements

  • At least 4-6 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related disciplines preferred
  • Good command of languages – English and Bahasa Indonesia, to ensure effective communication between the Singapore and Indonesian team
  • Strong understanding of the logistics and trade facilitation landscape in Indonesia preferred
  • Familiar with marketing tools such as ZohoONE and/ or working knowledge of CRM tools, with good understanding of go-to-market strategies
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous with a good eye for detail.
