Telah rilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Marketing Broker Business di kantor PT Asuransi Chubb Syariah Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan & Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Broker (Asuransi & Dana Pensiun) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure a high level of satisfaction in the Shariah insurance market.
  • Identify potential brokers and intermediaries to expand the company’s network and increase market reach.
  • Collaborate with brokers to understand their requirements and provide them with Shariah-compliant insurance products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the Shariah insurance industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth through the broker sales channel.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts with brokers, ensuring alignment with Shariah principles and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create tailored offerings for the broker sales channel.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and updates to senior management on market trends, sales activities, and broker performance
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and guidelines related to Shariah insurance and ensure compliance in all broker-related activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for brokers, addressing any queries, concerns, or issues they may have.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize broker sales effectiveness including supporting in collections, claims and any administration works.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Hold CGI/Basic Syariah Insurance  certification is a preferable
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Passionate with marketing & sales.
  • Required Skills: Good Communication, Negotiation and Presentation skill.
  • Able to speak & write in English well
  • Able to use Microsoft Office well, Good Presentation skill
  • Good sharia knowledge in general insurance
  • Preferably Asisstant Manager/Section Head specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
