RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trade & Marketing 

To drive brand growth and channel performance by closely collaborating with the Trade Marketing team and distributors to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies, trade activations, and in-market excellence 

  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to plan and execute distributor-specific marketing campaigns and trade promotions. 

  • Align brand strategies with distributor priorities to support sales targets and market expansion. 

  • Monitor and optimize in-store visibility, product availability, and promotional execution across distributor channels. 

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities within the distributor network. 

  • Manage marketing budgets allocated for trade and distributor programs, ensuring ROI-focused spending. 

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between brand, trade marketing, and distributor teams. 

  • Support the development and execution of joint business plans with key distributors. 

  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, activation kits, and product education to distributor partners. 

  • Collaboration with the VM team to optimize in-store execution, ensure alignment with active SKUs, and support activations that drive sell-out. 

Merchandising 

To optimize product assortment, forecasting, and inventory planning through data-driven merchandising strategies that align with market trends, customer demand, and business goals. 

  • Lead product forecasting by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans to ensure optimal stock levels. 

  • Conduct regular trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform assortment strategy and identify new product opportunities. 

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align demand planning with promotional calendars and business priorities. 

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across channels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. 

  • Develop and maintain supply and demand plans based on seasonal trends, new launches, and distribution channel performance. 

  • Analyze sell-in and sell-through performance by product, channel, and region to optimize product mix and replenishment cycles. 

  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage lead times, order cycles, and allocation planning. 

  • Provide regular reporting and insights on inventory health, product performance, and forecasting accuracy. 

 E-Commerce 

To drive online sales performance, visibility, and customer engagement across eCommerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, etc.) through effective store management, campaign execution, and strategic growth initiatives. 

  • Liaise with Ecommerce team, by manage official brand stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces, ensuring optimal brand presence, content, and conversion. 

  • Plan and execute platform campaigns, brand days, and mega-sale events in coordination with platform category managers. 

  • Analyze platform trends, competitive activities, and consumer behavior to develop data-driven growth strategies. 

  • Optimize product listings (SEO, visuals, pricing, bundling) to increase visibility and conversion rates. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, trade, supply chain) and platform reps to align growth targets, promos, and inventory readiness. 

  • Monitor campaign performance, traffic, conversion, and sales funnel to identify opportunities and improve ROI. 

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies specific to marketplace dynamics. 

  • Manage promotional budgets, platform ads, and performance-based incentives (coins, vouchers, flash deals). 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree can be an advantage.

2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry and/or minimum have experience in Managerial level for 2-3 Years.

3. Experience in brand management and product development is highly valued.

4. Strong understanding of beauty trends and consumer behavior.

5. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

6. Good with numbers, and familiar with forecasting and managing budget, merchandising supply, and sales analysis.

7. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

9. Innovative and proactive mindset.

10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
