We are hiring a Marketing and Sales Representative who will be taking an excellent role in developing the business and to position the company in reaching the mission as the leading service provider for engineering and EPC for our clients and partners in Indonesia. In this position, you will be reporting to the Head of the Marketing and Sales Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collection of business opportunities through arrangement of visits and introduction to the new and existing clients, partners, and other authorities and further follow-up through extensive communication.
2. Prepare the itinerary and agenda for the visit to clients, partner, and other authorities; to participate in the discussion and presentation; to prepare the MOM.
3. Collect the relevant information for potential business through online, news, association, or exhibition.
4. Register and maintain company information to the designated procurement system from client and determine the business opportunities through email exchanges with clients upon the registration.
5. Prepare and execute in the formulation to ensure the winning and bidding strategy to participate the tender in early time before the Pre-Qualification or Tender is issued through communication with client, partners, and other authorities.
6. To act as the key contact point towards client and within the organization in preparation of the Pre-qualification and Tender Proposals. Prepare the ITB and Contract summary (commercial part), present it to all levels of organization and coordinate with the relevant departments.
7. To prepare the contractual and cooperation scheme in relation to the applicable local regulation and taxation matters and coordinate with related disciplines to reach a consensus.
8. Create and maintain the project sales information on the internal system.
9. Prepare regular and comprehensive reports related to marketing & sales by reflecting the update from the activities and by analyzing the business projection and sales target for the new business.
10. Coordinate other related matters including but not limited to the non-secrecy agreement, cooperation agreement, bank guarantee application, power of attorney, letters, etc.
11. Maintain and coordinate with respective parties within the organization for all documents and licenses related to marketing and sales.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other disciplines from reputable universities.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or marketing & sales role for Engineering or EPC or End-user company. Having experience as a design engineer or project planning or project management will be an advantage point.
3. Fluent in the use of MS Office applications and willing to learn other new systems and applications.
4. Highly proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (reading, speaking, writing). Mandarin language skill will be an advantage point. 
5. Having good interpersonal skills, professional manner, consistent, and detail oriented.
6. Ability to proactively work unsupervised and unassisted; determined to make frequent reporting and expediting to relevant parties.
