Mission

Supports Chief Commercial Officer in defining the yearly Sales and Marketing plan. Provides estimates for market sizing and market intelligence, contributes with subject matter expertise in conceiving the sales and marketing plan to support demand generation and sales. Oversees sales process automation, lead management. Develops and maintains the sales and marketing tool kit and organizes needed sales trainings.

Role

  • Develop and implement efficient marketing processes and workflows to optimize campaign management, lead generation, and digital marketing activities.

  • Oversee the deployment and management of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, ensuring proper utilization and data accuracy.

  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations that guide marketing strategy and optimize ROI.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline processes, manage budgets, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Design and implement effective sales processes to improve productivity and streamline sales activities.

  • Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and consistent usage by the sales team.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and conduct analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Work closely with the sales team and BC team to understand operational challenges and provide solutions to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales efficiency.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5-10 years in marketing/sales operations, with 2+ years in a managerial role.

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing marketing processes, campaign management, lead generation, and digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of initiatives.

  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to drive sales and marketing alignment, optimize operations, and manage performance metrics.

  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
