Job Position: Marketing and Sales Executive
Placement: Burgreens Canggu, Bali
About the job:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing sales person to join our team in Canggu, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and local community. The position will involve developing and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Planning & executing monthly Marketing & Sales Plan
- Planning, executing, and managing Marketing and Sales activities
- Planning, executing and managing In-store Marketing activities (promotion, community events, loyalty program)
- Collaborating with Graphic Designer to produce marketing collateral and sales kit
- Coordinating production of creative collateral (menu card, on-table, poster, etc)
- Hosting loyal customers and VIP customers in the outlet
- Managing monthly local marketing budget
- Community and influencer outreach
- Making sure outlet sales, meal plan sales, and event catering sales are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant work experience
- 2-3 years of Marketing and Sales experience
- Outgoing, passionate, hard-working, and able to work under pressure
- People person who enjoy working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Strong English copy writing
- Strong project management skills
- Great eye for details
- Team player and able to work independently
- Passion for healthy/sustainable lifestyle is a must
- Knowledge and interest in a healthy lifestyle and plant-based are necessary and important

Most of our products are sugar free. When needed, we use small amount of lontar nectar, organic cane sugar or dates.
WHOLE FOOD CARBS
We opt for wholesome carbs such as vegetables, fruits, locally made gluten-free flour, whole-wheat flour, unbleached all purpose flour, brown rice, and red rice.
HOMEMADE FROM SCRATCH
Our carefully chosen partners along with us make all the food from scratch to ensure that all your meals are free from MSG & chemical flavour enhancers, preservatives, colourings, and toxic food chemicals.
ALL NATURAL DAIRY
90% of our menus are vegan, because dairy is biologically hard to digest and may cause indigestion or allergies to some people. When using dairy, we make sure we use the healthiest option – natural dairy made from grass-fed, antibiotic-free & hormone-free cows.
SEA SALT IN SMALL AMOUNT
We only use small amount of local sea salt and liquid amino (healthiest version of soy sauce) to spice up our menu. The key to the great taste? Local herbs.
