Marketing and Customer Success entrepreneur (contract based) – Your future position?

As a Marketing and Customer Success entrepreneur in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our digital customers. You will be the entry point for our customers, providing empathetic and exceptional customer support while managing their accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing engaging articles and content that align with our brand’s voice and values. In this exciting role you also will:

• Write compelling articles and content pieces that resonate with our target audience and support our marketing efforts.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in online marketing, social media, and customer success to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
• Track social media activity and provide regular updates to the internal team to enhance our online presence and engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our digital customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional support.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products or services.

Your professional profile includes:

• Fresh Graduates welcome, 6-12 months of experience preferred in creative industries, online marketing, customer success, or related fields.
• Has experience in digital marketing or social media internship.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for writing and creating engaging content.
• Active presence and familiarity with various social media platforms.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
• High initiative and autonomy in completing tasks and solving problems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Good understanding of the B2B online industry, B2C Experience is also welcome.
