Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on Facebook.
• Manage campaigns, optimize performance, and analyze data to drive user acquisition and ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with ad networks, publishers, and other partners to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user acquisition and performance marketing.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including campaign performance, trends, and insights.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on buying and experience in apps/games.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other ad networks.
• Proven experience in performance analysis and optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Passion for mobile apps/games and the mobile industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
