Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Marketing Admin di kantor PT Buana Indo Pratama (Balimoon Liqueurs) untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan syarat yang PT kami inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

GOALS

1.  Campaign Coordination: Efficiently manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, with working with all Marketing team, ensuring all elements are executed according to the timeline and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

2.  Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing databases, ensuring that customer information, leads, and campaign metrics are well-organized and easily accessible.

3.  Event Logistics: Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and workshops, ensuring smooth execution and a positive attendee experience.

4.  Vendor Coordination: Communicate with external vendors, such as agencies (creative, digital, activation, posm), to ensure timely and high-quality production of marketing materials, including payments processes, ground coordination, and great communication among all partners.

5.  Process Improvement: Identify areas of inefficiency within marketing operations and propose solutions to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and optimize resource allocation.

6.  Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth working partnership between all functions within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring all elements align with the marketing strategy and timeline.

2.  Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing databases, including customer profiles, leads, and campaign performance metrics.

3.  Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating internal communications.

4.  Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.

5.  Vendor Collaboration: Communicate with external vendors, such as printers and design agencies, to ensure timely production of marketing materials and collateral.

SKILLS

1.  Understands how marketing campaigns are run, and how to support in all administration needs for the activities to run successfully

2.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.

3.  Understands how to manage data of marketing needs, vendors, internal counterparts to ensure effective communication and execution among all parties to support in the marketing activities (including POSM management)

4.  Proficiency in using all Microsoft office tools to support in the daily operations of the marketing team

5.  Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS 

Experiences:

1.  Research and documentation: As a marketing admin, you’d spend a substantial amount of time maintaining a company’s marketing documentation and other pieces of content. For example, it could be your responsibility to create content and edit any new templates that marketing associates add to the company’s or project’s library. To do that well, it’s necessary to develop an understanding of common marketing research procedures and tools. You can also learn effective methods for cataloguing information and maintaining databases.

2.  Understanding of marketing standards: Marketing standards are any principles or practices that help marketing managers develop and implement effective promotional product campaigns. As a marketing administrator, you’d use your knowledge of these standard procedures while researching information, producing content and ensuring the marketing team uses the right templates for their campaigns. This standardisation may also apply to any documentation that you maintain.

3.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Marketing administrators support organisations’ marketing and promotional efforts. To do that, they work closely with marketing specialists, sales representatives and other members of the administrative staff. Having strong communication skills helps you make sure you can work great with others and contribute to resolving any interpersonal issues that might arise within the team. When improving how you communicate, you can also concentrate on your written communication skills, which you’d use to prepare, edit and update documentation, including newsletter or press release templates.

4.  Organisation and time management: Although a marketing administrator can be an entry-level role, it’s a fully independent position that requires you to be in charge of your workload and schedule. Qualifications:

1.  Aged 21 – 30

2.  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.

3.  Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Administrator or a similar role.

4.  Excellent communication skills.

5.  Working knowledge of MS Office
