Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 25.000.000 - Rp 40.000.000.

8 years of experience in market research, data analytics, or business intelligence.
Proficiency in qualitative research, SQL query, quantitative analysis, and creating dashboards using tools like Metabase or Tableau.
Strong capability to design business processes, develop frameworks, and create playbooks.
Preferred experience in both fast-paced startup environments and established consumer research companies (e.g., Kantar, TNS, Nielsen, Cimigo).
Deep understanding of business operations, customer behaviors, and cultural trends.
Skilled at forming data-driven opinions and observing insights from information.
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights through compelling storytelling.
Versatile, quick learner with a tech-savvy mindset and genuine interest in various business aspects.
Outspoken, proactive “can-do” attitude, capable of independent work and taking initiatives.
Actively follows news and trends to stay well-informed.
Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, excels in uncertain situations, and identifies opportunities effectively.

What a day at work for you will look like:

Collaborating with the R&D’s Product Planning team to fine-tune the framework for designing product lines and concepts. With a focus on planning for various timespans, from short-term to long-term, you work together to set the roadmap for the next 1-3-5-7-10 years. Your insights will be essential in defining both new product launches and revising existing ones.
Jump into executing research alongside the product planning team for the upcoming product line. Your expertise in market research helps gather crucial insights that guide decision-making, ensuring the new product line aligns with market needs and preferences.
Within the product planning framework, you work on developing a comprehensive playbook for customer research. This playbook will serve as a guide for gathering insights directly from our target audience, aiding in crafting products that resonate with their desires and expectations.
As the brand and marketing team gets into full swing, you shift focus to developing metrics and measurement tools. You ensure that the team’s efforts are tracked effectively, both through leading and lagging indicators. Metrics could encompass brand health, awareness, reach, digital marketing performance, and other key performance indicators.
You dive into crafting a competitor intelligence dashboard, providing a real-time view of our competitive landscape. This dashboard empowers our decision-makers with valuable insights on competitors’ moves, enabling us to adapt and stay ahead in the market.
Working alongside retail planning, aftersales, and customer service teams, you delve into designing metrics and mechanisms for measuring customer experience, satisfaction, and sales performance. By quantifying customer sentiment and behavior, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
You prioritize experimentation by designing and running tests whenever feasible. These experiments could range from product-related surveys to marketing campaign A/B tests, providing empirical data to refine our strategies.
In tandem with the GTM (Go-To-Market) organization’s operations, you embark on setting up a streamlined data system. This system ensures that sales, aftersales, and customer service data are synchronized, offering valuable insights to drive informed decisions.
