This role is part of TikTok’s Small and Medium Team (SMB) for APAC. The SMB team works with advertisers across the region, helping them onboard and find success on TikTok. Being part of the team would mean being directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results through consultation. The team is made of dynamic, savvy, engaged individuals who are passionate about the region and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the growth of the Small and Medium Business (SMB) sector in Indonesia market
• Lead and drive a high performing team of account managers focused on growing local brands and agencies in Indonesia market
• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies by:
• Nurturing and growing a best-in-class client sales and service team
• Identify business segments and communities to engage
• Partner with ecosystem partners and agencies to enable advertiser success
• To be the voice of Indonesia within the internal org
• Identify high-value opportunities for the team to focus on by collaborating with Product and Marketing for go-to-market strategies
• Lead analytics, program management and process optimization functions in support of the SMB channel
• Set a high standard of communication and client management for the team to follow
• Motivate and drive the team to take initiative and succeed in Indonesia market
• Be the face of all SMB lead initiatives in the market for both internal and external stakeholders

Job Qualifications:

• 8+ years of successful media / advertising sales with proven success in leading business facing teams in Indonesia market
• 6+ years of experience leading a sales team
• Experience in working for matrixed organizations & the ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable with revenue targets, and experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Experience working with Media Agencies is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
