Lowongan Kerja Cimanggis Posisi Manufacturing Business Unit Lead B di PT Bayer Indonesia

JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible to plan, manage and control formulation and packaging process of a product according to its lifecycle, starting development as new product, manufacturing, until full conversion to finished goods within regulated environments.

• Oversee all processes supporting end-to-end product lifecycle which includes manufacturing capacity, supply network, and pipeline of product portfolio.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, manage and control all the formulation process and the resources to produce all bulk pharmaceuticals of Manufacturing Unit in regards of pharmaceutical aspect, business/cost efficiency and effectiveness as well as the quality.

• Plan, manage and control all the pharmaceutical packaging which meet Bayer quality specifications in accordance with Bayer manufacturing directions.

• Ensuring compliance to relevant Bayer standard manufacturing directions, current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) principles, SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) principles and regulations as specified by local FDA (BPOM = Badan Pengawasan Obat dan makanan), and country regulations from each market.

• Ensuring management of all materials and inventory, production and capacity planning, capital project management and financial control (CapEx), maintenance repair and inventory (relate to defect find and fix (DFF)) which meet Bayer quality specifications.

• Ensuring facilities (rooms, equipment and utensils and other properties) and systems (technical and computerized systems) are provided and well maintained, safety operable and secured

• Ensuring readiness in site level for each phase of product lifecycle which include NPD/TT/CHG and  roll-out (LPPM/NPI/MCMP)

• Ensuring manufacturing capacity will fulfil market demand, which also translated to appropriate planning of FTE, material, and machine capacity

WHO YOU ARE

• Education

    Preferable as apothecary/pharmacist, science and Food tech.

• Relevant experiences

  Min have experience  in pharmaceutical industries  for 15 years or Master degree in sciences

  Professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, development, manufacturing, quality and assessment of products.

• Main competencies for the job

  Customer focus, leadership, negotiation, managing complexity, plan & align, drive result.

• Communication

  Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must
