Job Description:

– Prepare and translate daily new product’s information from Mandarin to English.

– Listing new products to online store in a daily basis.

– Maintain Facebook customer base, report and delete messages that violate group rules (such as advertisements) from time to time.

-Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the project manager.

Job Details and Requirements:

– Work from home

– Flexible working hour (40 hours per week). Candidate must willing to reduce regular working hour time (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM) to meet the requirements of night listing (Monday-Sunday, 6PM-8PM) of viral products to online store.

– Responsible, high initiative, good communication skills, flexible mind, good at drawing inferences

– Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

– Language requirement: Fluent in Mandarin in order to fulfil translation task and communicate with Mandarin speaker co-worker . Fluent in English.

– Working experience: At least 1-2 years (in any field)

– Bonus points: Familiar with Japanese Anime, Anime stuff, art work collection, hand work, decoration etc.

– Extra monthly BONUS will be given based on working performance.

– Wages are paid through PayPal.

– OT fee will be paid, 1.5 times of the original salary in terms of per hour, paid with monthly settlement.

– Candidate will be given a test during the interview which require candidate to complete on the spot before proceed.

– Interview will take WeChat as platform (No other alternate options). If HR’s WeChat were not added as friend one day before the interview, the session will be closed by default.

工作岗位内容：

– 每日新产品的资料翻译与准备

– 负责每日新品在网店上架

– 维护Facebook客户群，如有广告等违反群规的消息出现及时上报并在确认后予以删除

– 项目经理布置的其他任务

岗位详情和需求：

-居家办公

– 半弹性工作制（每周40个小时）。该岗位将视情况减少白天的工作时间（日常上班时间为周一至周五，早上8时至下午5时）以便能够在晚间（周一至周日，晚上6时至8时）上架新品，尤其是爆款产品。

– 对工作有责任心，主动性高，沟通技能较好，头脑灵活，善于举一反三。

– 能够熟练运用Microsoft Excel。

– 语言要求：良好的中英文水平，可以跟其他中国或马来西亚同事正常沟通，并且完成新品翻译的工作。

– 工作经验需求：至少1-2年（任何领域）

– 加分项：熟悉动漫、或者动漫周边，手办类等

– 如表现优异当月将有额外奖金。

– 工资透过PayPal进行支付。

– 会支付OT费，OT费以小时计算，为原工资的1.5倍，每月结算后将连同当月工资一并支付。

– 面试时需当场完成一套测试题。

– 以微信作为唯一面试平台，若面试前一天仍然未添加HR的微信账号，则默认为放弃本次面试。
