On behalf of our client, a leading toy manufacturing company in Batang, Jawa Tengah, we are seeking a dedicated Mandarin Speaker Staff to join their team. 

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, including visa arrangements for international travel.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging catering and logistics.
  • Manage office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and operational.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support HR functions such as new hire onboarding, documentation, and employee record-keeping.
  • Provide translation and interpretation support during meetings and communications as needed.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
