About The Company:

• The working venue is in Banten.
• Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Mandarin Speaker Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the representative of the owner to fulfill the contract.
• Project preparation and management.
• Oversee on-site management, coordination, organization, and supervision to ensure that construction quality, safety, and progress meet the required standards.
• Manage the daily operations of the project department, prepare weekly/monthly management reports, and regularly report the project’s progress, special events, and situations to senior management.
• Facilitate communication and coordination related to the Indonesian project, including cooperation with owners, shareholders, local suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the phase acceptance, final acceptance, and handover of the project.
• Handle the archiving, organization, storage, and handover of project documents.
• Manage the project’s finalization and assist the cost department with project settlement-related tasks.
• Oversee project maintenance and related warranty work, ensuring the implementation of warranty period repairs and the management of warranty fund returns.
• Other responsibility as needed.
   

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Business Mandarin proficiency (able to coordinate with Chinese Management).
• Maximum 40 years old.
• Minimum 5 years of experience of Project Management with at least two complete construction projects as owner or as a contractor.
• Familiar with the entire project management work flow, knowledgeable in construction quality, progress, cost, and safety control processes.
• Well-versed in relevant policies and regulations, possessing the professional knowledge required for the position, and strong project management capabilities.
• Strong communication and learning abilities, able to effectively coordinate relationships among users, contractors, and participating units.
