Managing Director of Cloud Business, AI Services, and Telecommunication is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and overall growth of the company’s cloud computing, artificial intelligence services, and telecommunications divisions. This senior executive role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of technology trends, a strong background in managing large-scale operations, and the ability to drive business transformation and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in cloud services, AI offerings, and telecommunications.
• Ensure alignment of divisional goals with the overall company strategy.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain the company’s competitive edge.

2. Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the cloud, AI, and telecommunication divisions to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and improve operational performance.

3. Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company’s presence.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and market share.

4. Innovation and Product Development:

• Foster a culture of innovation to develop cutting-edge solutions in cloud computing, AI, and telecommunications.
• Oversee the research and development of new products and services to meet evolving customer needs.

5. Client and Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any escalations or issues promptly.

6. Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the divisions.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets.

7. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of executives and professionals.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT (Computer Science), or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in cloud computing, AI, telecommunications, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and growing technology-driven businesses.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI technologies, and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
