Qualifications 

  1. STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF TAX REGULATIONS 

    • Deep understanding of Indonesia tax laws, including PPN, PPH, withholding tax and import tax.

  2. FINANCIAL REPORTING EXPERTISE 

    • Ability to prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with Indonesia accounting standards.

  3. TAX PLANNING & STRATEGY 

    • Experience in tax optimization and risk management strategies.

  4. AUDIT & COMPLIANCE

    • Ability to handle internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulations.

  5. ANALYTICAL & PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS

    • Strong ability to analyze financial data, provide solutions for tax & accounting issues, and conduct financial analysis & cost accounting to optimize profitability.

  6. EXPERIENCE WITH ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE

    • Proficiency in accounting software such as ACCURATE DESKTOP.

  7. LEADERSHIP & COMMUNICATION SKILLS 

    • Capable of leading a team, collaborating with other departments, and effectively communicating with tax authorities (DJP).

  8. ATTENTION TO DETAIL & ACCURACY

    • Ensuring all financial and tax-related documents are precise and compliant.

  9. UP-TO-DATE WITH REGULATORY CHANGES

    • Staying informed about the latest tax laws and accounting regulations.

  10. ABILITY TO HANDLE DISCUSSIONS WITH TAX AUTHORITIES AND CONSULTANTS

    • Strong ability to handle discussions with tax authorities (DJP) or consultants.

Responsibilities

  1. Tax Compliance & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit accurate SPT Tahunan and other tax reports in compliance with regulations.

  • Ensure timely payment of corporate taxes, PPN, and withholding tax.

  • Stay updated on tax law changes and implement necessary adjustments.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.

  • Oversee monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Oversee the preparation of yearly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Conduct financial analysis & cost accounting, to optimize profitability.

3. Audit & Regulatory Compliance

  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.

  • Handle discussions with tax authorities and auditors when necessary.

4. Tax Planning & Risk Management

  • Develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring full compliance.

  • Identify potential financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Provide recommendations to improve tax efficiency and cost control.

5. Process Improvement & System Optimization

  • Implement improvements in accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Maintain organized tax and accounting records.

6. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, manage and nurture the accounting team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.

  • Communicate effectively with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
