Job Description:

• Support Head of LC-HSE Depart & SSE Division Head on strategy to achieve company objective
• Coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties for the execution of multiple projects
• Perform Risk Management to minimize potential risks
• Develop comprehensive project plan, manage changes of the project scope, schedule, and cost
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget
• Track project performance and analyze the completion successful of short/ long term goals and ensure the continuity of the project results in the operation
• Provide report and escalate to Management as needed
• Develop and maintain project database
• Liaise stakeholders and management to ensure deliverability of the project
• Ensure the business is legally compliance with all relevant regulation and standards
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
• Responsible on development, implementation, and revision of Integrated Management System (IMS) including policies, strategies, procedures, training, corrective action, and reporting
• Lead the improvement of Integrated Management System and demonstrating a solid program to maintain the certification
• Conduct internal audit, responsible for external audit program, and ensure non-conformity closed.

Job Requirements:

• Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill both English and Bahasa
• A good communication with stakeholders’ management and conflict resolution skill
• Ability to strict to time constrains and manage the execution
• Certified with Training of Trainer for IMS
• Having a minimum working experience 8 years on IMS Certification scheme and IMS implementation in similar or relevant organization
• Education background min S-1 in Management/Environmental Engineering/Law and others relevant major
• Having certificate of IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 5001, etc.) &
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Work Location: Jakarta – Thamrin Area
