Team and Role Introduction:

LazMall is Lazada’s curated channel that offers international and local brands backed by a 100% authenticity promise and superior shopping experience. Lazada Regional LazMall Programs team is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join us in driving LazMall buyer growth initiatives. The team oversees sellers and brands onboarding, strategic brand solutions, channel experience, seller marketing and partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing a deep understanding of the business across the entire value chain, including commercial, logistics, marketing, product and technology, customer insights across the six markets, through close collaboration with the various functions and local teams
• Defining the LazMall channel guidelines and strategy, monitoring and ensuring strict governance to ensure alignment of channel positioning and branding
• Consolidate, review and prioritize product requests and roadmap from local teams, and sharing to regional product managers for deployment
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including campaign, PR, technology and marketing teams to conceptualize LazMall channel and tools to drive channel mindshare and stickiness
• Review existing and future business directions and make specific requests about what new innovations and features will help to improve customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage projects end to end from planning to execution in order to drive key business objectives for the LazMall channel
• Dissect the business processes with the country teams and identify data that needs tracking and how it can be used to improve the local channel operations.
• Work with various country leads to launch new features and improve existing LazMall buyer products and mechanics to achieve shared commercial outputs

Job Requirements:

• Obsessed with customers and data to drive strategic and operational changes to the shopping experience on the channel
• At least 4-6 years of experience in project management, consumer marketing, customer experience and analytics
• Possess a proven ability to translate numbers and further them into insights for business use
• Strong communications and stakeholder management skillsets are critical to the success of this role
• Strong understanding of E-commerce ecosystem and how shoppers interact with marketplace platforms
• Good understanding of consumer profile and shopping habits in SEA markets
• A self-motivated, driven and flexible mentality
• Resourceful with working experiences within a super fast-paced environment
