Manager Sales Marketing

Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) Marketing is preferred
2. Active English proficiency (read and writen)
3. Minimum 3 years working experience in distributor sales with supervisory experience, preferably in the pipe industry
4. Have good Leadership, Communication, Teamwork & Analytical Thinking
5. Capacity to understand field sales functions (regional management, distributor business processes, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)
6. Able to operate computer (Ms. Office), especially Ms. Excel
7. Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data
8. Good behavior, honest, firm, disciplined and responsible

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for ensuring all sales activities and programs run according to SOP
2. Have a good understanding of Distributor Sales Management
3. Understand KSI (Key Sales Indicator), MS Office (especially excel and pivot)
4. Have Leadership Skills to be able to lead and motivate the sales team in achieving sales targets
5. Monitor the field to identify problems, check program implementation, control team performance and monitor competitor activitiess
6. Provide performance appraisal to subordinates
7. Fostering quality relationships and communications with customers

Staff Sales Marketing

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in marketing, business, or related field is preferred
2. Experience in distributor sales and marketing  
3. Strong sales skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and close deals
4. Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insights 
5. Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, fostering brand loyalty
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with a team
8. Focus on achieving sales and marketing targets
