Manager of Corporate Communication

The  Manager of Corporate Communication is a critical role within the organization responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive corporate communication strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and values. As a Manager Corporate Communication, you will play a key role in shaping our company’s public image, reputation, and internal communication. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive corporate communication strategy that aligns with our values and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Communication Planning : Develop and implement a corporate communication strategy that effectively communicates the company’s vision, mission, and core values to various stakeholders, including employees, clients, investors, and the public.

2. Internal and External Communication:

· Create and manage internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged, including social media, intranet content, corporate events and town hall meetings.

· Manage external communication channels such as press releases, media relations, corporate events and social media to positively influence public perception and maintain a consistent brand image.

3. Crisis Communication: Prepare and execute crisis communication plans to protect the company’s reputation during challenging situations.

4. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage and manage media inquiries.

5. Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including press releases, articles, speeches, and marketing collateral, to communicate key message effectively through Social Media (IG, Website, LinkedIn, etc.)

6. Brand Management: Ensure that all communication materials, both internal and external, are in line with the company’s brand guidelines and values.

7. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand their communication needs and align communication strategies accordingly.

8. Measurement and Analytics: Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication initiatives, gathering feedback and data to make informed adjustments to the strategy.

9. Budget Management: Manage the corporate communication budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective execution of communication initiatives.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

· Proven experience in corporate communication or public relations, with at least 5 years in a management role.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.

· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building.

· Experience in crisis communication is highly desirable.

· Proficiency in using various communication tools and technologies.

· Knowledge of relevant legal and ethical considerations in communication.

· Strong Project management skills.

· Flexibility and adaptability to handle a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

· Good knowledge with industry trend and best practices in corporate communications.
