Jobdesk:

1.Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and company goals.

2.Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within budget and providing cost analyses for IT-related projects.

3.Manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including servers, networking equipment, and desktops/laptops.

4.Oversee the administration of network infrastructure, ensuring that systems are up-to-date, secure, and performing optimally.

5.Managing the help desk function.

6.Responsible on coordinating, monitoring, supervise with IT Team : Hardware and Software.

7.Coordinating and manage with Branch/Site for IT needs.

8.Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as finance and operations, to ensure that IT systems align with overall business goals and objectives.

9.Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, such as hardware and software vendors, to ensure that the company’s IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

10.Have a Critical Thinking method and problem solving.

11.Make SOP documentation on all IT area.

12.Make sure all IT support area for company going smoothly.

12.Create weekly reports.

13.Ability to work independently and as part of the team.

Job Requirement:

1. Min 3 years experience in IT Hardware (IT Software good).

2. Fluent in communicating in English.

4. Minimum education D3 (have added value certification).

5. Honest, trustworthy and with integrity.

6. Physically and mentally and healthy.

7. Need ASAP.
