As the Internal Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead a team of internal auditors and work closely with various departments to assess and enhance our internal controls, risk management processes, and overall governance framework.

Responsibilities:

Audit Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive risk-based audit plans, considering the company’s objectives, industry regulations, and emerging risks.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align audit strategies with business goals and objectives.

Risk Assessment and Control Evaluation:

  • Identify potential risks, evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls, and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor the implementation of control enhancements and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed.

Operational Audits:

  • Conduct thorough audits of various operational areas, including but not limited to financial processes, compliance, IT systems, and internal policies.
  • Analyze processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports that clearly outline findings, recommendations, and action plans for management.
  • Communicate audit results to senior management and the Board of Directors, highlighting key insights and potential risks.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and insight to promote a culture of accountability and transparency.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes, methodologies, and tools, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the audit function.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in internal auditing within the financial services sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing audit teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide practical recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System
  • Understand ISO 37001:2016 Anti Bribery
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
