About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. Gaoshi Building Material Technology. As the MANAGER HRD MANDARIN, you will play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. This full-time position is based in Tangerang Banten.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations

  2. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company’s goals and values

  3. Serving as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, providing HR expertise and insights to support the organisation’s growth and success

  4. Fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged work culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent

  5. Managing and leading a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure their continued development

  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations, and implementing effective HR systems and processes

  7. Utilising your Mandarin language skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with our diverse workforce

What we’re looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry

  2. Excellent understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements

  3. Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to identify and address HR-related challenges

  4. Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on developing and empowering HR professionals

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels

  6. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal

  7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
