As part of our financial services consulting team, you will be working with challenges in financial services sectors i.e. banks, insurances, financial technology companies, helping the organizations on their digital transformation journey. You will engage directly with high profile clients on their most important and challenging problems. You should be passionate about disruption that is happening to the sector. You should be excited about ways for correcting performance issues and satisfying both technical and consumer needs. Above all, you need to be ready to flex. As a Manager, yoo gvjiiv jbbu’ll work as part of a leader of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

About the role

  • Understanding the goals and values of PwC, aligning them with our people, and team to these objectives. Lead them by example and provide equal opportunities for senior associates and associates to grow and succeed.
  • Understanding of the clients’ (financial service sector) aspirations and problems, working closely with client and team to solve the problem and deliver exceptional client services.

  • Manage diverse teams and develop a high-performing team to solve complex problems and value the impact made by the teams.

  • Review outputs from the senior associates and associates to provide further detailed assessment, analysis and formulate a framework for solving complex problems.

  • Gather business requirements by managing relationships with stakeholders and facilitating those conversations.

  • Performing information gathering and analysis

  • Resolving Client Queries and Challenges

  • Overseeing Progress and Update of your area of responsibilities

  • Supporting Business Development Process

  • Progressively active to self develop your capabilities

About You

  • Passionate problem solver for new challenges and always encourage to learn new things

  • Preferably have background in Consulting or Financial Services Industry

  • Have  7 – 10 years of experience in related fields. Having a background in consulting firms will be an added value.

  • Understanding of Current Financial Services Industry Trends

  • Understanding Banking or Insurance Business Process or Digital and Technology 

  • Demonstrated thought leadership 

  • Commitment to professional excellence, showcasing executive presence with ability to manage senior client stakeholders

  • Demonstrated experience in strategy to executions within financial services industry with exposure to one or more of the following areas: Banking Strategy, Product Strategy, Digital and/or IT strategy, Merger & Acquisition strategy including post merger integration, Program Management Office for Transformation Program / Project, Delivery of Large Transformation program / project, Core System transformation strategy and implementation.
