Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Manager District Sales di kantor PT FedEx Express International untuk kota/kab Semarang atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We are looking for Manager District Sales (based in Semarang, Indonesia) who owns outstanding competencies in:

· Adaptability : Helps employees navigate through change and transition. Displays capacity to persist in times of change or hardship. Promotes acceptance of alternate viewpoints and tolerance of new ideas and methods.

· Business Thinking : Recognizes problems and gathers information to identify root causes. Makes timely decisions and recommendations based on research and documentation. Exercises sound judgement in generating and implementing new ideas and approaches. Demonstrates resourcefulness in responding to challenges and improving current processes.

· Communication : Actively listens to others to ensure full understanding before responding. Chooses the correct communication method for the situation and tailors for the audience. Drafts effective, accurate and well-written communications.

· Customer Focus : Anticipates and recognizes customer needs and encourages employees to be customer oriented. Creates a positive customer experience and delivers great service.

· Employee Development : Fosters employees’ professional growth. Recognizes employee strengths and weaknesses and provides assignments and resources to fully utilize and develop talent.

· Influence, Inspire and Serve : Cultivates exceptional employee performance and ensures employees feel valued and empowered. Creates an energetic work environment where employees are personally invested.

This position is responsible to :

·  Grow revenue, profitability and trading base of the Ad- hoc, Small, Medium and Large customer classifications through acquisition of new customers, development of existing customers.

·  Improve revenue quality to obtain selling the full range of FedEx products and solutions.

*Have driving license and own car is a must.
