Job Description:

As a Business Analytics Manager in Lazada Pay, you will be part of our regional operations team to serve tens of millions of online payment users, and keep looking for innovations to improve the payment experience and drive payment user growth. You will lead business analytics projects and work with various stakeholders from local teams across six markets, and other functional teams such as tech, product, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the business team to translate business data requirements into tracking metrics or analytics designs.
• Work with data engineers/developers to design and develop reporting to support business operations and to reduce the amount of ad-hoc analysis required from yourself
• Responsible for building and maintenance of dashboards for daily monitoring, campaign tracking, and new product launches socializing usage of dashboards to business users, and interpretation of results.
• Run ad-hoc analysis based on the business request, which includes setting the business KPIs, forecasting KPI and business performance, analysis on customer performance, customer segmentation, and campaign attribution.
• Prepare periodic reports for post-campaign performance and weekly/quarterly/annual business performance.
• Assist in ad-hoc activities to support business operations to improve processes, track product capability, or diagnose product performance issues during new product launches based on performance tracking data.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. An MBA degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant industry with proven business analytics responsibility.
• Strong data analytical abilities and business sense.
• Comfortable with using SQL regularly (60% of the time) and querying large data volumes efficiently.
• Strong communication skills – Fluency in English.
• Good understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce markets, competition, and customer/user requirements in depth is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
• Excellent time management & prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task and work across many different domains in a fast-paced and exciting work environment.
