Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Manager Asset Value Up di tempat usaha PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Timur & Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

The Asset Value Up Manager is responsible for managing and controlling activities to increase the value of the land assets owned by the company, including asset valuation, seeking investors, managing design outcomes, and monitoring project implementation in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs. This ensures that the value of the company’s land assets can be enhanced and generate maximum profit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Urban Planning/Civil Engineering/Architecture.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in asset value management from retail industries

  • Competency needed/leadership: feasibility study & highest best use, drive for results, influencing skill, problem solving and creativity, data management, good communication skills

  • Having AutoCAD skills is preferred.

Job Details:

  • Prepare analysis reports and research studies related to land assets to be purchased or already owned by the company.

  • Manage design drawings related to business development plans.

  • Search for and approach potential investors for business development plans.

  • Evaluate the list of partners and investors across Indonesia that have been compiled according to the planned business development strategy. 

  • Negotiate agreements related to business development plans with partners and investors.

  • Coordinate with the project team regarding the review of designs and the technical implementation of the business development project.

  • Design business projections for the target locations based on supporting data from surveys.

  • Create presentations for business development plans, incorporating elements of feasibility studies and design drawings that have been approved by top management.
