We are looking for a Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aesthetic clinic in Medan, North Sumatra. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing beauty or healthcare businesses, and a deep understanding of customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance to maintain service quality.
Ensure the clinic meets regulatory compliance and safety standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory levels of skincare products and medical consumables.

2. Sales & Customer Experience

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve clinic revenue targets.
Monitor and improve customer service quality, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and VIP client relations professionally.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.

3. Team Leadership & Training

Lead and motivate a team of doctors, therapists, and support staff.
Provide training and development programs to improve staff skills and service quality.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.

4. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

Monitor clinic revenue, expenses, and profitability, ensuring financial health.
Prepare financial reports and operational performance summaries for management.
Optimize cost efficiency without compromising service quality.

5. Marketing & Business Development

Work with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract new clients.
Identify business opportunities and partnerships to grow the clinic’s brand presence.
Maintain an active presence in social media and community engagements.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare, or related fields.
Minimum 1 years of experience as a manager in aesthetic clinic, or 3 years as clinic supervisor.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in Hokkien is a plus to communicate with clients.
Experience in sales, customer service, and business development.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferably non-hijab.
