Our 12-month Management Trainee Program is designed to give you a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of our business and fast-track your journey to a leadership role.

This isn’t about getting coffee or making copies. You will be an active team member, rotating through the core departments of our company to gain hands-on experience and prepare you for a future management position.


What You’ll Experience

Over 12 months, you will immerse yourself in four key pillars of our operations:

🏡 Housekeeping & Guest Experience: Learn the art of delivering 5-star service. You’ll master our quality standards, coordinate on-the-ground teams, and understand what it takes to create unforgettable guest stays.

📈 Sales & Contact Center Operations: Dive into the commercial heart of our business. You’ll work with our reservations and sales teams to understand booking channels, pricing strategies, and how to effectively communicate with potential guests to drive revenue.

💰 Finance: Get a clear view of the company’s financial health. You’ll assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting, understanding the key metrics that drive profitability in the villa rental industry.

🤝 General Management & Owner Relations: See the big picture. You’ll shadow senior management, learn the fundamentals of strategic decision-making, and understand how we build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with our villa owners.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for a junior management role within the company, tailored to your strengths and our business needs.

Core Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • OR a High School diploma coupled with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Relevant experience includes: hospitality, property development, property management, real estate, finance, IT, or customer service.

  • No prior hospitality experience is required if you have a degree.
