Requirements:

1. Proficient in Mandarin language.
2. Open to candidates from any major, with preference given to Engineering majors.
3. Willingness to work in Kendal, Central Java.
4. Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
5. Openness to undergo training in Thailand, Vietnam, or China for approximately three months.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in a structured training program covering various aspects of our business operations.
2. Gain hands-on experience by rotating through different departments and projects.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the company’s operations and business processes.
4. Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
