Responsibilities :

1. Warehouse Operations Supervision

• Monitor and manage daily workflow in the warehouse.
• Develop and ensure implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse management.
• Supervise the activities of receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

2. Inventory Management

• Assist in managing and monitoring inventory levels.
• Prepare inventory reports and conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy of stock data.
• Identify and resolve issues related to non-conforming inventory.

3. Team Coordination

• Coordinate and direct the activities of the warehouse team, including picking, packing, and shipping staff.
• Conduct training and development for team members on operational procedures and standards.
• Ensure effective communication between the warehouse department and other departments such as logistics and procurement.

4. System and Technology Management

• Use a warehouse management system (WMS) to track goods and operational processes.
• Analyze data and reports from the system to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and implement new technologies that can improve warehouse operations.

5. Quality Control and Compliance

• Ensure that goods received and shipped meet quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor compliance with applicable safety policies and regulations, including occupational health and safety regulations.
• Handle and resolve product quality issues and customer complaints.

6. Planning and Optimization

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce warehouse costs.
• Develop long-term and short-term work plans for better warehouse management.
• Analyze existing processes and make recommendations for improvement.

7. Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare performance reports and operational analysis for management.
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas that require attention or improvement.
• Manage and analyze data to support strategic decision making.

8. Logistics and Shipping Handling

• Manage shipping schedules and ensure compliance with shipping deadlines. Managing relationships with logistics and transportation service providers.
• Ensuring that the packing and shipping of goods is carried out correctly to minimize damage and errors.

9. Improvement and Innovation

• Looking for ways to improve warehouse processes and efficiency through continuous improvement.
• Identifying and implementing best practices and innovations in warehouse management.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, IT, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Other Engineering.
• GPA Min. 3.25 (PTN), & 3.50 (PTS)
• Have team leadership skills.
• Have integrity and high credibility.
• Able to think analytically and solve problems.
• Oriented towards work results.
• Communicative and Interpersonal.
• Be able to work in a team.
• Physically and mentally healthy, and not color blind.
• Willing to be placed in all work units of the company.
• Willing to make work visits domestically and abroad.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Merak – Banten.
