Butuh cepat!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Management Trainee di tempat usaha Dynapack Asia untuk domisili Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, Banten dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Teknik & Teknik Lainnya serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup lumayan tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Academy (D3) in Engineering or Physics with minimum GPA of 3.00 (Electrical / Mechanical / Metallurgical / Industrial / Mechatronic / Accounting / Management)
- Fresh Graduate or maximum 1-year working experience.
- Has an excellent willingness to learn/ a fast learner.
- Possess good teamwork and has the potential to lead a team.
- Possess a great responsibility for the things they do.
- Possess the ability to drive themselves to produce excellent results in work.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Willing to be placed in any Dynapack Asia Group plant/factory.
- Able to join in early May
Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow all the programs that are already designed for the trainee
- Implement all learning they acquire from the in-class program during job assignments to achieve expected performance.
- Proactively learn the business process during job assignments, find the root cause, and propose an improvement plan by discussing it with their mentor.
- Involvement in any project assigned to them and report project progress in the form of a presentation to the mentor assigned to them.
