Responsibilities:

• Obatin understanding of the business and develop suitable audit approaches.
• Analyze risks associated with the company’s system and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls. You must understand the risks associated with IT systems and infrastructure, such as cyber attacks, data loss, and system failures, and ensure that the company has adequate controls to manage these risks
• Manage internal audit activities by identifying key stakeholders, organizing fieldwork, and identifying risk and control weaknesses within the audit scope.
• Lead internal audits by preparing audit planning, performing fieldwork, and managing the work allocated.
• Complete the allocated audit engagement in accordance to audit methodology by using the required documentation templates.
• Supervise internal audit activities, escalate issues, assisting management in defining the resolution, and reviewing the audit report within the agreed schedule.
• Report the progress of internal audit finding remediations in a periodic basis
• Develop internal audit team competency and capability, both hard skills and human skills
• Have IT (general and/or application control) audit experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in IT, SI, or equivalent, ideally with professional certification (ie. CISA, CIA, CISM).
• At least 5years of experience in an internal audit, internal control, and compliance role, preferably from a notable public accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and risk management.
• Experienced in Management System Audit
• Experienced in conducting investigation or fraud audit.
• Certified lead auditor for ISO 9001/ 20000/ 14001/ 45001/ 22301/ 37001 will be an advantage.
• Ability to apply the knowledge and expertise to business and operational problems.
• Written and verbal communication skills, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, lateral thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
