Job Description :

• Coordinate and ensure activities related to the process of receipt, storage and disposal of the company’s packaging in accordance with the specifications and smoothness of its administration.
• Ensure smooth delivery of goods to the parts on demand.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the stock of goods in the Packaging Warehouse.
• Ensure the feasibility of function of facilities and infrastructure (infrastructure) in Packaging Warehouse.
• Make monthly performance.
• Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
• Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
• Implement quality management system.
• Checking the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning.
• Responsible for employee development in Packaging Warehouse.
• Ensure smoothness and accuracy of SAP administration in Packaging Warehouse.
• Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all equipment (equipment) and hygiene throughout Packaging Warehouse locations.
• Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
• Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment and equipment (cleanliness) environment (environment) in the work location.
• Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to section head.
   

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, etc.) and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on discipline and employee development.
• Willing to be based in Tarjun, South Kalimantan
