Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Management Representative with 1-2 years of experience working within an ISO-certified environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our ISO compliance and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that our processes and procedures meet international standards. This role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to quality, environmental management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the point of contact for all ISO certification and compliance matters, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and any relevant industry-specific standards.
2. Coordinate and manage the ISO certification process, including preparation, audits, and follow-up actions.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and policies to meet ISO requirements.
4. Conduct internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Provide training and support to staff on ISO processes and quality management principles.
6. Lead the preparation and review of documentation required for ISO certifications.
7. Coordinate with external auditors and handle the corrective actions resulting from audits.
8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the quality management system and suggest improvements.
9. Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that the organization is kept informed of changes to ISO standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an ISO-certified environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant ISO standards.
• Experience conducting internal audits and leading ISO certification processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality management systems software.
