Indonesia Pomalaa Industry Park is a company engaged in the management of industrial estates located in Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, currently opening career opportunities as Management Equipment SITE (Mandarin Speakers) for placement at SITE Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, with the following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. To entering employee must be aware of the various and regulations of the company. 
2. Mainly responsible for the language communication bridge between Chinese and Indonesian employee within the department, ensuring the consistency of work development ideas, and accurately conveying the management requirements of the park and department to each Indonesian employee.
3. Responsible for the attendance statistics of Indonesian employee and related docking work with other departments.
4. Assist the department statistician in data collection and statistical work.
   Responsible for the collection and distribution of monthly living and labor protection supplies for department employee.
5. Cooperate with department managers to manage safety and labor records at the production site.
6. Responsible for translating repair order information and assisting the team leader in properly arranging employee for maintenance.
7. Responsible for communicating information with vehicle users and feeding it back to department managers.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.

Requirements:

1. Positive work attitude, good communication skills, hard-working and strong execution ability
2. Minimum Senior High School, fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing.
3. Proficient in using computer forms documents, PPT and other common software.
4. Have a good health, of good character, and have team spirit.
